GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

 

  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Check your confirmation email for your tracking number or follow the steps below to track your order from your account:

    TRACK YOUR ORDER:
    1. Track your parcel at tracking.my
    2. If you don't see your shipment status, your order is still processing!

  • Orders will be shipped out using J&T . The tracking number will be sent to the registered email .

  • We will process the order within 48 hours once payment is done.
  • Delivery charge for West Malaysia is RM6 (until 4kg) and RM15 (first 1kg) for East Malaysia.  
  • Every additional weight (kg) is RM1 for West Malaysia and RM5 for East Malaysia. 
  • Once the order is being processed and shipped out , it will usually take 2-3 Working Days for the item to Arrive for Peninsula Malaysia address , 3-4 Working days for Sabah and Sarawak.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
